Patients with gum disease or those who require periodontal maintenance may benefit from our Perio Membership Plan, which is $755 per year ($63/month). This plan includes exams, three periodontal maintenance cleanings, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screenings, necessary radiographs, and 15% savings on most dental services. Your dentist will help determine which plan best fits your oral health needs.
Is this dental membership plan the same as insurance?
No. Our membership plans are dental discount plans, not dental insurance. They are valid only at High Forest Dental and cannot be combined with traditional dental insurance. The plans apply to dental services only—products and laser treatments are not included. If you choose to use third-party financing options such as CareCredit, the treatment discount is reduced to 10% due to merchant processing fees.
