No insurance? You don’t need it!
Our Dental Membership Plan is a great option for our patients without insurance.
In addition/disclaimers:
- 1st member: $349, additional family $299, all family members must live in the same household
- It is a dental discount plan, not dental insurance. Cannot be combined with dental insurance
- Valid only in our office
- If you choose to extend your payments for treatment with alternative financing options such as Care Credit, your discount will be reduced to 10% due to merchant fees
- Valid for dental services only, products are not included in the discount plan
- For invisalign treatment, participants must remain on the plan for the entire duration of their treatment
