Our Dental Membership Plan is a great option for our patients without insurance.

In addition/disclaimers:

1st adult: $449/yr, 1st child: $249/yr.
Family pricing: each additional adult: $349/yr. Each additional child: $199/yr. Family members must live in the same household and sign up at the same time.
It is a dental discount plan, not dental insurance. Cannot be combined with dental insurance
Valid only in our office
If you choose to extend your payments for treatment with alternative financing options such as Care Credit, your discount will be reduced to 10% due to merchant fees
Valid for dental services only, products are not included in the discount plan
For invisalign treatment, participants must remain on the plan for the entire duration of their treatment
