Our Dental Membership Plan is a great option for our patients without insurance.
In Addition/Disclaimers:
- Preventative Plan: 1st Adult: $479/yr ($40/mo), 1st child (up to age 12) $349/yr ($29/mo)
- Family pricing: each additional adult: $449/yr ($38/mo). Each additional child: $325/yr ($27/mo). To qualify for family pricing, all members must sign up at the same time and live in the same household
- Perio Plan: $755/yr ($63/mo)
- Valid for Dental services only, Products and Laser treatments not included in the discount plan
- It is a dental discount plan, not dental insurance. Cannot be combined with dental insurance
- Plans are eligible only in our office
- If you choose to extend your payments for treatment with alternative financing options such as CareCredit, discount will be reduced to 10% due to high merchant fees
- For Invisalign treatment, participants must remain on the plan for the entire duration of their treatment
